Quarry Place consists of two mid-rise luxury residential buildings creating a new gateway into the Village of Tuckahoe. The project utilized the natural terrain and slope of the property, blending seamlessly into its surrounding environment. The use of brick and stone on the architecture and throughout the landscape emphasized the importance of tying into the fabric of the existing neighborhood. Features of the property include an expansive amenity rooftop terrace with spaces for dining and outdoor lounging. Rain gardens designed with native planting provide a sustainable solution to stormwater management and help further enhance the environmental quality of the neighborhood.
