The Asbury has been selected as the best new hotel in the country, per USA Today.

Melillo + Bauer would like to extend our congratulations to the entire team at The Asbury!

If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit, continue reading to learn more about the award-winning hotel!

Located on 5th Avenue, opposite the historic Bradley Park, the 110 room boutique hotel is yet another indication of the rebirth of Asbury Park. The 7 story renovated brick building, formerly a Salvation Army retirement home, offers numerous amenities for its guests, locals and visitors, both indoors and out.

Street level entry canopies invite access to the action-filled hotel lobby…

…the rooftop outdoor movie venue, and a rooftop night club.

A view from above reveals the rooftop nightclub, outdoor pool, and the popular beer garden, complete with vending trucks, communal tables, shade trees, and string lights…

…and beer on tap from a classic VW van!

Guests can relax in a hammock or swing beneath a bamboo and wisteria covered trellis, or chill around a pool side fire pit while socializing with friends…
…and then take a dip in the pool.
